Trips & Visits

Throughout the school year the children can take part in a variety of Educational Visits out of school and they also have access to a number of in-school workshops. 

A voluntary contribution is requested in order to cover transport and admission costs.  Children will not be penalised for non payment, identified Pupil Premium children can be supported with these costs.  If we do not receive enough contributions the visit may need to be cancelled.

The children in Years 4, 5 and 6 visit Grangewaters Outdoor Education Centre in South Ockendon for a team building day at the beginning of the new academic year.

AFThe children get to take part in various outdoor activities including sailing, raft building, high ropes, orienteering and a mission impossible puzzle game, as part of their curriculum they also visit Ypes in Belgium to see the WW1 & 2 Museum in Flanders Field and as part of this experience they lay a poppy wreath at the memorial site.
